"property is newly renovated and clean but there was no house keeping service and when we brought it up they never apologized so staff was not very polite in response, no customer service. Also be aware that a train runs through Shasta with loud horn sound all night long needless to say we could not sleep a single night with all the noise. Nonetheless we had a great time in the area! "It was a nice quiet place to stay. Great place for the night. Long check in process due to technology issues. It is at the end of town with difference hotels/motels, it was quiet area. On a Main Street that takes you into downtown with an easy few minute drive. The room was nice and clean. The AC/heater was loud during the night, would turn on every couple of minutes to maintain the temperature. They do allow pets but with a additional fee. "

"The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore."
