Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard. Wasn’t able to find anyone to order any sort of breakfast in the evening or morning. I wasn’t there long before I wish I hadn’t come as...

"BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya.
