"Pro’s - The room we stayed in was clean and bug free. There was lots of parking. The property backed on to the water. The staff (we only saw 2 workers) were moderately friendly. Con’s - property and rooms were very dated and not well maintained. A few things were broken (TV remote and juice machine). The first room we were shown had bugs in the window, both inside and in between the glass and the fireplace was not functioning. Breakfast was acceptable but not great. The building and property...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and greeted me cheerily each time I passed the front desk. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within a 7-minute drive to the main shopping areas and several restaurants, and close to Highway 401 but far enough from the heavy traffic that it wasn't noisy."

I was worried about the overnight low of 5 celcuius but the duvet was amazing - the bedding was better than most upscale hotel's but with the soundtrack of wind blowing through the marshlands outside as a huge bonus.....just incredible. "Not so great options for the breakfast. Not everybody eats HAM/pork. No option for chicken or turkey sausage options for breakfast. Hot tub was broken because it would randomly turn on and off on it's own. I was there for three days and though the lady cleaned my room she would not vacuum the room which is disappointing. "
