"Our shower was broken. The tap had a trickle of water and the toilet was not connected. Promised points to compensate and none have appeared after a month and at least 2 emails to hotel and Marriott. "

I was worried about the overnight low of 5 celcuius but the duvet was amazing - the bedding was better than most upscale hotel's but with the soundtrack of wind blowing through the marshlands outside as a huge bonus.....just incredible. Not sure how I feel about the sofa and chair being nicer than what I have at home (!) but they were very comfortable to lounge and read on and this was just one other really nice touch. It...
