"The rooms are very spacious and quiet considering the busy road location. This was the third stay and we still were impressed with everything including the delicious meal in the Bistro downstairs"

"Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good."

"Pet friendly, reasonable prices, lovely staff,"

"We didn't stay, we walked in didn't unpack, we left straight away and booked somewhere else."

"Neil is extremely hospitable. Great place to stay. Very clean and well looked after."

"Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. My executive studio was so spacious and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The staff were great, letting me check in early and check out a little later. Will stay here again next time I'm back"

"Beautifully presented Hampton style property. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite spacious for a motel. Nice meal from restaurant but it was disappointing that there weren’t enough kitchen staff to open for breakfast. Overall above average motel."

We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place."

"Motel was in a very good spot but it took us a while to find. Apparently 2 same numbers on Nepean Highway"

"During our stay room was perfect and clean location and proximity to amenities were great, location to attractions in the local area were fine as well. The next morning I notifed reception staff when we were having our breakfast quite late that we...

"Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late."

"Wonderful staff."
