"Couldn’t check into my room until 40 minutes after the check in time. I was told I would be on the same floor as my friends I was not and when we finally did get in our room there was a giant crack in sink"

"The room and facilities were very nice. The only issue we had was that their computer system was down and we couldn’t get a room key. The desk manager had to go with us to open the door each time we went out. It was a real inconvenience for her when having to leave people waiting at the check in desk since she was the only person there."
"They charge $10 a night for parking. It was super easy to get to the places we wanted to go like East Nashville and Broadway, but the general area around the hotel is pretty sketchy/surrounding by parking lots. I wouldn't stay here again, but it worked for a cheap trip."
"We went to the pool Friday around 2:30 and it was very busy but there were two sitting areas that were empty from the time we arrived for over an hour. We sat on the concrete and asked if we could sit in one of them and they said they were reserved. We had one reserved for Saturday and it clearly states they will only hold it 15 minutes past your reservation. These were unoccupied for well over an hour so we left. How surprising you would give up money on two seating areas that we said we only wanted to have a couple drinks the four of us and would leave when the people showed up. Instead we sat on the edge of the freezing cold pool since couldn’t go in it. Barely anyone was in the pool."
"I asked for a credit because my father passed away. To be fair, the tix were nonrefundable, but the hotel still has the ability to grant the refund through expedia. I called a week in advance and was denied my refund. Would have much preferred to have stayed, but would also have hoped that Hilton would give a refund with these particular circumstances. Hard to find people that give a rip anymore."
