"We stayed overnight to enjoy a show at Bridgestone Arena. The location was perfect and just a few minutes away by walking. The amenities were great! Free breakfast buffet, free drinks and dinner during 5:30 Kickback, freshly popped popcorn in the lobby, and a full restaurant and bar to order from. The room was spacious with a great view and very comfortable bed. We would definitely visit again!"

"Ice machine did not work. Housekeeping removed towels and clothes but did not replace them. Ordered replacements but only got one. We used the two instant coffee pouches the first morning and were not replaced the duration of our trip."

"Overall this was a great experience. The building, amenities, location (decent), pool, work-out room all better then average. Cool vibe. On the edge of an area that Nashville is trying to rebuild with a cluster of apartments near the RR tracks. The rooms were fabulous as we had a one bedroom with full kitchen. The digital entrance, elevator and door lock became slightly annoying and the check-in with codes and so forth was too close to check-in time for my tastes. If that's how Kasa does it, I need to get with the program, but if you want honest reviews, you need the good with the bad. For the money, this was a solid place to stay. No walking to grocery or market nearby is problematic if you are from out of town without a rent a car. And sometimes it took longer then reasonable for a Lyft or Uber car to respond."

"The hotel was beautiful!! It was so big I got lost trying to find the front desk. A staff member was extremely helpful taking me to where I needed to go. I knew the hotel was expensive but I didn’t realize that the items in the gift shops were so expensive too. Paid $24 for small bag of popcorn and 2 pieces of small fudge."
