"We’ve stayed here many times, on both the Avid side and Holiday Inn. Typically we have had good experiences, but this time was not good. At all. We arrived to a lobby full of people waiting to check in. We were advised that their system was down and so they just needed us to “wait.” After an hour, we were offered waters. We were allowed to check in after that - 3 hours into our scheduled reservation time. When we arrived to our room, we discovered hairs in the bathroom, damaged walls, peeling...

"This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere...
