"Everything was amazing except for the bill. We checked the credit card after we left and discovered nearly $1600 in charges and pending charges. I had to contact the Hotels app to get these charges reversed and be charged the proper amount."
"Stayed off strip for a few nights to try something different.very nice hotel but to me was missing a few details..same games througout the casino...food was ok not what I expected..our room was a little warm (it was set at 60) and never got above 74. We did get a fan brought to our room by housekeeping after asking but did not want to deal with having to switch rooms...they did offer to get someone to come look at it...I declined..the fan helped some. The bathroom drainage was very noisy. If you had the sink on one side on the other side would not drain....if you had the bathtub running it would not drain if the sink was on. The shower was very noisy when on like a whistiling sound. Overall not a huge deal but again not what I expected. Anniversary trip and flowers were ordered to be placed on my bed in a heart shape. Very nice and exactly what I ordered. The problem is the never vacuumed the floor to get all the petals up. We ended up having to pick up. I would have thought they would have cleaned up for what it costed. The chocolate and champagne was wonderful they brought to the room. The bed was a little uncomfortable. It is very low to the floor. We reserved King Room with canyon view. It was a great view. We also had a spa day and this was the best part of the trip. Staff were wonderful and did an amazing job/ great price. I loved the private pool afterwards and even ordered lunch at that private spa pool. SPA is a must and would get me to come back."
"All or most of the chairs at the pool had reserved cards on them so there was no place for paying hotel guests to sit. That should not have been the case."
"The room was clean and organized. The host was very accommodating to our needs and arrival time. It was quiet and the scenery was beautiful with a very well maintained property. If we're ever in the area again, we would be staying here again. Thank you."
