Wäre er draussen gewesen hätten wir ihn benutzt."

"We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. "Stayed for 6 nights and everything was as advertised. Unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Loved the skylight in the bathroom! Parking was easy to find on the street. Staff was very friendly and very responsive to my inquiries. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!"

"Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....

"Breakfast buffet is good! Parking is good! Only have 2 criticizing comments: 1. Breakfast is good but its the same everyday. And 2. The gym. Needs disinfectant wipes or spray for before and after equipment use. The amount of germs left on gym equipment is very high."

"Paulo was an incredible host, suggesting ideas for activities, hikes and restaurants. The bed was confortable and the room had everything you need. If you want to go to bed early or stay in bed late, don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you are in the main building because you can hear people at breakfast. "Passal hostel was a great stay. A very close convent walk to the city center and a 15min walk to the mall. Most of all Paulo was amazing, upon my arrival he helped me with everything I needed, while also assisting other guest. If I could give Paulo himself five stars I would.
