The room was lovely and spacious and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. There is a great choice for breakfast. The hotel is in the centre of town, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and ferry port.

Very friendly staff. Nice and large room with decent beds (regular beds for kids, not spare ones). No AC, and bathroom was a bit outdated, but everything clean and confortable. Breakfast ok. Would stay again.

There are lots of options of shopping and eating around the hotel. The staff were so kind to provide very efficient laundry service for us - pick up at 6pm and return before 8am the next morning. We need an elevator, though!

Poor quality, great service

Arrived late at night and was exceptionally well greeted and catered to by the receptionist (English speaking). Even though only stayed for a few hours and checked out, everything required was arranged with diligency.

Pleasant surprise, I had been to Moss before and walked past a few times without giving it a second thought. However, having stayed it is a nice hotel, the room was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast options were surprisingly large and varied. A free hot drink when ever you wanted downstairs, the taxi ordering facility either for now or later. The free use of umbrella`s which was very useful on one occasion. All round a genuinely nice hotel with friendly staff, would happily stay again.

Great stay and location. I booked a hotel room for 20 days and were offered an apartment upon arrival, which I choose. It was new, clean and spacious. I still got to have the hotel breakfast which had a good selection and was tasty.

Top, but no information about nighttime streetwork, and the hotel has no information either between 11pm and 3.30 am impossible to sleep. The person responsible for this work can be happy not to be near me the next day

Hotellrommet var helt ok. Det virket rent og greit, men var litt umoderne. Dårlig ventilasjon på rommet, men det hadde ihvertfall en gulv-vifte som reddet det på et vis. Rommet vendte ut mot gaten, og det var mye støy fra forbipasserende. På grunn av dårlig ventilasjon måtte vi ha vinduet oppe hele natten, noe som gjorde at vi ikke kunne stenge ute støyen. Frokosten var av det mer enkle slaget, med helt basic utvalg. Det manglet laktosefri melk, noe vår datter savnet.
