Bilderna på hemsidan ser väldigt lockande ut och fick mig verkligen att vilja boka. Men när jag väl checkade in och gick runt på hotellet fick jag en lite annan känsla. Under de dagar jag var där var det väldigt få gäster, vilket gjorde att stämningen kändes ganska tom och tråkig. Hotellet i sig var okej, men upplevelsen motsvarade tyvärr inte riktigt förväntningarna från bilderna.

Katastrof, restaurang stängd, bar stängd, tv på rummet trasig, fanns inget schampo i duschen. Lukta illa i båda rummen, som man använt väldigt starkt medel. Ingen service när man fick reda på att restaurangen var stängd. Ölen som man kunde köpa i reception var varm. Frukosten var begränsad då köket var stängt. Detta var ingen information vi fick i förväg. Vi skulle fira 10 åring bröllopsdag och detta blev bara pannkaka. Personalen skyllde ifrån sig och tog inget ansvar. Sämsta hotellet i Norden.

Dålig service

Boendet i sig bra, det som kallas reastaurang är undermåligt, Vi fick flera gånger be om service och där förlorade dom mycket på en grupp av 14 personer som firade en 85-åring även om mat var förbokad, låna väntetider på maten. Har man rum mot innergården så får man räkna med bilar som körs under natten.

Fint og annerledes ærverdig hotell i flott omgivelser. Koselig park i nærheten for spasertur . Hundevennlig. Noe avstander mellom rom og hovedbygg , da stedet består av flere bygg . Reagerte litt på lukt , ikke fra selve hotellet med fra fabrikk like ved. Ok frokost.
