"Lovely garden, quiet, comfy bed, Handy location."

"Very welcoming & hospitable staff. Great location to walk the beautiful University of Otago campus & head to Forysth Barr Stadium for a rugby match."

"Very comfortable and convenient"

"Lovely motel with friendly staff, close to the town centre, gardens, and NZ’s first University."

"Amazing accommodation, great location in city centre, absolutely spotlessly clean and immaculate. Beautiful balconies overlooking garden, loved watching the birds on the feeder. The best place we have ever stayed in New Zealand and beyond."

"The room was spotless and very well maintained, the staff came out to greet us and get us settled into our room even though it was out of hours. The thing I like most was the room was spacious with decent seating. So often rooms are cramped and have uncomfortable chairs. The bed was very comfy and most importantly the pillows were good quality and clean."

"The room is so clean, the staff is so good, If we come back to Dunedin, we will stay at Motel on York again."
