Sr Marcos muito gentil e o sr Adão ou Abraão!Nao lembro, tbm muito simpático !
Solicitei para prepararem as banheiras e piscina ! Nao foi executado,como tinha pedido! Para as 09:00
Lá perto das 11:00 o SPA estava pela metade! E perdemos a manhã toda esperando! A recepcionista, não era nada gentil! (Seria de bom grado,fazerem um curso de como tratar clientes)!! Em todos os quartos, não tinha sobre lençol nas camas!...
