We were there on the 5th day it was open. Our rooms were so clean and nice. It was conveniently located next to the highway and the staff was fantastic. I would go there again for sure

The hotel is pretty new, very nice, the staff are very kind and helpful, however I do recommend that management should require they take care more of their image, some of the front desk girls seems they don’t brush their hair, don’t use any makeup, they should definitely look a little bit better. The room is nice, the only thing that was extremely horrible was the bed, mattress hard, I would only stay here again if they improve their bed. Everything else was very nice.

Me disponibilizaram somente um quarto acessível, onde por sua vez o box é do mesmo nível do piso do restante do banheiro. Isso causa uma molhadeira imensa. Os frascos de shampoo e sabão líquido estavam vazios, minha sorte que sempre ando com o meu kit de higiene. Durante o jantar não fui atendido e demorou mais de 40 min para conseguir emitir a nota fiscal do jantar..

Parada estratégica

Um ótimo hotel de trânsito. Café da manhã a contento. Só o estacionamento deixou a desejar. Pouco espaço no estacionamento externo e o coberto que é vinculado ao hotel é pago..R$ 25,00 o dia.Destaque para a recepção, que mesmo em trabalho o dua inteiro, nos atenderam muito bem. Gostei da funcionalidade do hotel e da simpatia da recepção.

Falta orientação aos funcionários.

O atendimento na recepção é bom, porém a recepcionista , na ocasião do checkin , deu uma informação absolutamente equivocada ao cliente que estava sendo atendido ao meu lado, o que me levou ao erro também. Quando ele perguntou a ela onde poderia deixar o carro, ela afirmou dizendo que, caso não houvesse vaga no estacionamento interno (frente ao hotel) , poderia deixar em qquer lugar na rua, em frente ao hotel , pois segundo ela: "... não tem problema". Eu também segui o conselho e no dia seguinte meu carro foi guinchado pela policia, com despesas de guincho e multa. Detalhe: meu carro era alugado.
