The full kitchen was super helpful for holiday travel to family with food. Staff were super nice and helpful. Location is near dining, coffee, shopping! And if you don’t want to go out the hotel most likely has what you need!

New construction and good location

We booked this hotel for the Bristol night race because other facilities closer were booked or outrageously priced. This hotel was a good fit at only about an hour from the track. The hotel is new construction. It was very clean and well furnished. It is also located close to a Texas Roadhouse for dinner and a great local bagel place called TN Bagels. My only complaints are that the bed is not very comfortable and they don't provide many towels at all. Be advised that this hotel also does not offer breakfast. Overall I would book the hotel again for convenience.

New property. Very clean room, but one star removed due to a few dishes in the dishwasher, a dirty pot on the stove, the fridge was not clean, the shower overall was clean but had a dirty shelf and the lamps did not work in the room, which meant we could not plug into the attached outlets to charge phones. Our overall stay was comfortable and despite the fee issues tbese can be fixed and I would definitely stay herr again. Very friendly desk attendant, thank you.

Brand new hotel. Spacious suite, friendly staff, easy area to navigate for food and shopping. The surrounding area is under construction for new shops surrounding the hotel, but overall the area is great and the hotel itself is a great place to stay.

Should have waited a few more weeks to open….

Stayed at the new Candlewood suites in Morristown, TN. Centrally located in an area that is surrounded by restaurants with more on the way, which was great for meeting up with family and dining options. Room was nice, clean and new. But the property wasn’t complete yet, with work still being done on the ground floor rooms, no working ice machines, and the pool area not finished and unusable. None of this was disclosed before booking. Also the employee who was out back three times a day smoking weed and the employee in the office smoking cigarettes in what is supposed to be a smoke free hotel was a little off-putting.
