"The room provided excellent value for the price. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and consistently attentive to our needs."

"Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. My executive studio was so spacious and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The staff were great, letting me check in early and check out a little later. Will stay here again next time I'm back"

"Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late."

"Pet friendly, reasonable prices, lovely staff,"

"Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good."

"Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight. We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place."

"Motel was in a very good spot but it took us a while to find. Apparently 2 same numbers on Nepean Highway"

"We had an amazing time away. We got upgraded to a suite room and were able to get an early check in. The staffs were all lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. We ate at the conti pub and the food was great."

"幼児連れでしたが、遊ぶ場所・施設が充実していて良かったです。"

"Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Beautifully presented Hampton style property. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite spacious for a motel. Nice meal from restaurant but it was disappointing that there weren’t enough kitchen staff to open for breakfast. Overall above average motel."

"We didn't stay, we walked in didn't unpack, we left straight away and booked somewhere else."

"A great little motel with parking. Facilities are well maintained and quite modern. We stayed in the King room which was quite spacious. The only let down is being given the one room with very little natural light as it was in the corner nook and only 2 small windows only - all other rooms looked like they could have been much nicer."

"Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering. I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit. My car parking bay was straight outside the door. There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending. The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket. The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable. The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained. There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful. Staff...

"I booked my accommodation last minute and was really pleased with it. The suite was huge and had it's own private and enclosed outdoor courtyard which was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. My room was well equipped and very clean and spacious. I was able to park right in front of my room and the location is great as there is an onsite restaurant and the beach is a short drive. The check in and check out were quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay...
