"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"Le chalet est parfait (propre, bien équipé, bien décoré ….). Le gros bémol est le manque de communication, aucun info donnée à l arrivée en ce qui concerne les équipements auxquels nous avions droit ni sur le petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû rappeler dans la soirée pour en savoir plus … "

"We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

"Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"

"La chambre proposée n’était pas la chambre familiale que j’avais choisie, on nous a logé au RDC dans deux chambres contiguës toutes petites avec une terrible odeur d’égouts dans al sdb! Heureusement le personnel nous a changé de chambre après réclamation. Le dîner était agréable. "

"Clean room, friendly staff. Great locaton. Just a 5 minute walk to both main lifts and the town centre. Breakfast fresh but not good for a vegan diet. I did let the hotel know in advance but there was very little-just bread and fruit. I asked for beans but they had fixed days for them and wouldn't do them for me on the other days. I bought my own yoghurt and supplies from the local Spar. There is a fridge for guests to use."

"Great, clean hotel located near the highway and a 40 minute drive to Flaine, France ski resort. Good wifi, onsite restaurant must be good, they were booked solid and couldn’t accept us for dinner. "

"Short walk to Avoriaz express gondola up to Avoriaz. Flew to Geneva and transferred to here. Stayed 4 night and skied 3 days. Loved the place. Ate there 2 nights and the food was delicious and the company of the other guests was delightful. Thank you to all the staff. "

Depuis 3 mois nous attendons la régularisation de notre cas SANS SUCCES c'est tout simplement insupportable IL N'A AUCUN REGLEMENT A CE JOUR "
