But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "Fabulous stay at this hotel. Just down the road from the train station. Central to restaurants bars shopping. Close to the lake. The hotel is great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We got lots of recommendations from Natalia on reception. The bed was comfortable the room was perfect for our two night stay. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Loved our stay. "

"Friendly service at checkin. Very informative and helpful. Room attendants were happy and accommodating as well. The attached restaurant offered delicious italian cuisine. The hotel was in a great location; off the main road and close to old town and the train station. We will choose this location again on our next Lucerne trip. "
