"Stayed 2 nights in the Wizards Chamber with my family of 5, the beds were so comfortable and no noise at night, it felt like the room was sound proof (it really helped us with our jet lag from CA), breakfast was great, staff was so so nice The only thing I could say negative is that the room for my family of 5 was a bit small but nothing that we couldn't manage, and that doesn’t change the fact that we would defiantly stay here again. (Again this is for the Wizards Chamber room)"

"Just had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Swiss Cottage hotel. Our room was fabulous, clean, high ceilings, loads of room to move about and everything you need as if you were at home. The staff were great, a big shout out to Erika, Beatria and Tashala on reception for being so friendly and making our stay a memorable one.
