The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "It was good for the price! Expect minor flaws which probably vary from room to room. Pros: Most importantly, it was very clean. WiFi was reliable. The restaurant was good. Most of the staff were nice. There was a pretty park and old palace right next to the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There was also a cool history museum within just a few minutes walk. Cons: Toilet flushed a little too hard and splattered, but it wasn’t that bad. I asked for a wake up call and never received one but no big deal, my phone alarm was enough. Aside from those things I was happy there overall and recommend it as a good budget option. I would stay there again. The five stars I gave take the price into consideration as well. "
