"The room was clean and comfortable. Though the bathroom is shared, there was no problem using it when we needed it. It was quiet as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the property was excellent."

"No air conditioning so had to sleep with window open. Heard every noise from plane routes to Jackson Hole Airport, road traffic (hotel is very close to the main road) and early morning arrivals with the car tires in the gravel. Ice machine didn’t work. Not sure how this works with no A/C during the summer months. The mountain lodge looks beautiful and is clean, and the front desk is professional but the experience was difficult. "The outlets didn’t work. The plugs wouldn’t stay in the wall so we couldn’t charge all other things at the same time. We arrived in the dark and we couldn’t find the cabin! No directions no signage anywhere! We drove around almost an hour looking fort the cabin! We got plenty of towels that were ok but, we had to use the towels for three days one and they don’t change your towels only every three days!"

"Lovely little cabin in the middle of nowhere. Had a peaceful stay with family. Location is very convenient to check out both Yellowstone and Grand Tetons."
