"Shower handrail had filth on the underside suggesting unhealthy bathroom conditions! The elevators failed after arrival making check out very difficult for elders walking up and down four stories. Lack of effort and apathetic regard by front desk staff was disappointing! Hotel management did nothing to help elders carry bags up or down the 4 stories. They could hire temporary laborers to help but they did nothing! Asked when the elevators would be restored, the answer was “we do not know!!” Very poor service and unclean hotel! I will not seek rooms at this chain in the future! "

"Overall, a nice well-maintained building. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not great but bacon was cooked nice and crispy and baked goods were fresh. The coffee was weak. Better at lobby but no decaf at lobby. Did not try the dinner restaurant. Definitely would stay again. This was my third time there. Breakfast is getting better over time. The rest has been consistently good each time."
