"They don’t provide coffee machine and electric kettle in the room. One of day, we arrived a bit late in the morning, and most of the breakfast items were almost gone. We asked the staff if they could refill some of the food, but they said there was nothing left. It was a little disappointment. We had questions and asked at the front desk, the staff responded rather coldly, which didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming."

"Great help from Ionut when we checked in so kudos to him. Literally next door to the train station although really up the hill from the city and the lake. Great breakfast buffet (not included with the room, still worth it). The mattress on one side of the bed tilted downward. One the tables had poke or punch marks on it and the cleaning staff did not change one of the sheets that had stains on it. We also saw trash on a table in a common area that did not get picked the three days we stayed there."
