"I booked a room with one bed, upon check in I was told that I got an upgrade and with 2 beds which I didn’t mind but the room felt like a downgrade rather. the location is towards the far end corner, there was a spider in the washroom, the AC was so loud it kept turning on and off through the night ..."

The restaurant was under renovation (?) but there was no mention of that when we booked. 2 of our party ended up staying elsewhere ..."
