One of the best Ibis blue I have seen.

Great receptionists, They not only opened our bottle of wine for us, they provided a couple of glasses. We needed extra pillows and they were on it. Not always the case with IBIS. Very good Ibis blue.

I dont usually complain about room size but this one was just a little bigger than a postage stamp. There is no place to store clothing aside from 3 or 4 hangers. Barely any room to maneuver. The parking can end up being quite a distance from the room. That being said, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough with a very good stand-up shower and big sink. Breakfast not included but available, as well as lunch and dinner.

The property was clean and offered a nice lobby that was often busy and gave the hotel a good vibe. The staff were friendly, there were common areas for recycling and there were some nearby options to eat. Public transit was super close and that's a huge plus.

My stay at this hotel turned sour when I experienced an unfortunate loss of money, attributed to an incident involving the housekeeping staff. Despite otherwise standard accommodations, this unexpected financial setback significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay. Stationnement facile et gratuit. Personnel de la réception très accueillant et serviable. Dans ma 1ème chambre, alors que j'étais assis au bureau, un lourd panneau mural s'est détaché du boitier technique et est tombé en partie sur ma main ! La réception m'a changé de chambre. Le lit est confortable. L'aménagement est réduit mais bien pour dormir et travailler sur un bureau. Il y a suffisamment de prises de courant. Bien que le thermostat soit au minimum et la ventilation à l'arrêt, le chauffage fonctionne 24/24 !!! En pleine nuit, il faisait tellement chaud que j'ai dû retirer la couette du drap house pour dormir qu'avec ce drap : quel gaspillage d'énergie !!! La fenêtre est à double vitrage mais il y a une trappe d'aération au dessus qui laisse passer le bruit de la rue : totalement absurde !!! Le sol de la douche n'est pas antidérapant et il est facile de glisser. Il n'y a pas de poignée en cas de chute. Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité avec du choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. A l'exception d'une seule banquette, la salle ne dispose que de tabourets. Plusieurs clients âgés ou avec de jeunes enfants se sont plaints de cette situation ! L'employée de ce service était très serviable.
