"Hotel was very nice - definitely a very good 4 star. the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful - above and beyond. The pool was a very nice addition - specially on a hot afternoon to cool down - it was very clean and warm. Large roof top patio. Breakfast was very good - had everything you would need. Very good location - 10 min walk to start of the old town adn 25 min walk to the water. Highly recommend this hotel and staff"

The staff were very accommodating and congratulatory for our special day. Very easy to walk to from the train station as well as into central Como. "Lovely decor and staff very helpful and friendly but was a little disappointed in our lake view room, it was really just a glimpse and considering the hotel felt very empty I would have thought a better view room would have been offered. Also booked this hotel specifically for having a pool but the pool is like a fountain. I guess this is on me for not researching better but having property called a garden hotel I was a little disappointed"
