"I was loved this place. It looked amazing and had great reviews. But, when I arrived it was a big excellent surprise even more special. I literally wanted to move in & live there. And the staff and owners are super cool, incredibly kind, fun, and helpful. I rarely return to exact same place. "Fantastic view from this place! Hot water! Free water during your stay. Staff are really nice and helpful! They have raincoats and umbrella The terrace is very nice. There're MANY warungs nearby this place (also many which aren't at Google maps). So just pick a choice 😉 No need to think you'll have to walk for a long time to have something to eat. "Decent place to stay, bed is comfortable and the rooms are small. Hot shower and western toilet in the room. The price includes breakfast which was very simple but good. It’s about 10 minutes drive from central Sembalun so keep that in mind as there are not many places to eat nearby. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay and rest up for a cheap price I could recommend."

"Fantastic stay at Rinjani Lodge. What a gem of a hotel. The views are incredible and our room was immaculately clean. The food was delicious with a very wide ranging menu, both local and western/south East Asian. Presentation was lovely, especially breakfast. The room itself was a good size, good AC and a large bathroom. It had a day bed outside where we could chill and simply look! There are two pools - one for those who come to eat/drink and one for residents. The property is set among beautiful and well maintained gardens with many flowers and trees attracting butterflies and birds. We had an issue with our safe and it was looked after immediately. The property is located very close to the gate to the park for the waterfalls. And close to restaurants and local shops/spas. There is an ATM close by. I leave my last words for the staff who are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and most helpful. A true asset to the hotel. We would absolutely return to this hotel and we hope to. "
