"I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. "Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos. We stayed I. A Superior Room near the reception, which was helpful bc we did not have a car. The pools were fabulous- get busy in the afternoon, but not terrible. Breakfast was delicious every day- go early, it gets busy after 8am. The grounds were GORGEOUS- so well maintained and lots of wildlife. I would 100% recommend Los Lagos for families- we loved our stay. "
