"This hotel is so unique. It’s a place to stay if you are interested in Spanish history and would like to stay somewhere that honors the past. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. There are quite alot of cats and a few dogs around so it may not be the place for you if you aren’t keen on animals."

"La Casona de Nene is a B&B just off Arzua main street. The room was acceptably spacious and decorated with great attention to details in a heavy flowery style, however it did not have any writing desk but only a rack to hang clothes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a basic toiletries supply and unfortunately a very annoying sensor-activated light, which kept going on and off with excessive frequency. "I was looking for an affordable place to stay while in Arzua and Albergue Miraiso fit the bill. Check in stops around 8pm which was an issue however since my flight was delayed and we didnt land until after 930pm. Lorenzo was so accomodating and met me there to do a late check in. He is very friendly and cordial. He seemed very genuinely interested in the guests. Helps he speaks multiple languages with all the random guests coming from the Camino.
