Location was close enough to entertainment locations without the crouds . Room looked recently remodeled and pool was beautiful. I would stay there again if I travel back to Montery.

Hotel Abrego
Property had nice charm and good location. Room was comfortable. Heater did not function properly -fireplace is nice, providing heat, cycling on/off for apparent temperature control was a bit surprising. Hot water may limited as day 1 shower never was "warm"; day 2 was hot.

Days Inn by Wyndham Monterey Downtown
I have been staying here for several years. It is an affordable stay in Monterey. Very clean and in walking distance to Monterey downtown. The sraff is very friendly. I have witnessed many improvements over the years in the rooms and the staff.
