"Nice place convenient location outside of Florence, lady that took care of us was nice. No elevator that I noted. Area was a nice quiet nook."

"Beautiful setting, stunning views, incredible pool and gardens and so easy to jump on the bus into the city."

"The hotel is right in the city center. The room was spotless clean and modern furnished with good quality amentities. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I love this hotel and I would recommend it."

"Un petit problème avec l’accès à l’étage des chambres. Un voyageur a barré la porte et nous n’avions plus accès à la chambre. Un membre de l’équipe est venu après une heure d’attente. Ajouter une mention de ne pas barrer la porte pourrait aider pour les autres voyageurs."

"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

"Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover."

"Breakfast could of had meat options other than pork"

"Very good place. Walkable distance to every where. Clean and large room. Very comfortable."

"The Marignolle Relais & Charme is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is so clean. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is stunning. We loved our two day stay and heartily recommend it. Stay here you’ll love it!!!"
