Albergo che necessita un lifting importante

Hotel un po' datato, avrebbe bisogno di un lifting in molte sue parti. Dalla piscina esterna si vedono molte parti in muratura scrostate e con ruggine dove si innestano le ringhiere. I bagni turchi poi avevano uno sgradevole odore di muffa. Dovrebbero essere radicalmente disinfettati.

Struttura un po' datata ma molto curata ed elegante. Stanza ampia e personale molto disponibile e cortese. La terme sono veramente belle con piscine molto calde, tanti idromassaggi e area welness ricca di saune, bagni turchi, etc. Siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel a Natale e abbiamo trovato un omaggio molto gradito.

Hotel moderno e ben tenuto. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Piscine termali belle, pulite con idromassaggi rilassanti. Acqua non proprio calda termale.....penso che in una piscina termale l'acqua dovrebbe essere piĂč calda. Bar molto fornito. Ottimo. Colazione nella media... potrebbe essere migliore. Infine il centro immersione Y-40 offre sicuramente un 'plus' unico alla struttura nel suo genere che va oltre le piscine termali.

La struttura Ăš sicuramente di ottimo livello, dotata di moltissimi servizi e comfort. Le piscine termali sono curate, anche la Spa ben fornita e pulita. Servizi aggiuntivi come massaggi e trattamenti sono di qualitĂ . Il personale Ăš molto gentile e disponibile, aiutando in ogni richiesta. La struttura perfetta per una vacanza rilassante, la vicinanza ai colli Ăš sicuramente un punto a favore.

Hotel con potenzialitĂ  uniche ma in uno stato assolutamente trasandato, apprezzabile solo per la presenza di Y40. Il personale della pulizia Ăš distratto e poco attento, la pulizia delle camera Ăš stata dimenticata sino a tarda ora, e gli strofinacci per le pulizie abbandonati sugli oggetti personali del cliente. Il personale di sala in taluni casi Ăš risultato un po' brusco. La dotazione delle stanze Ăš misera, manca un bollitore (inaudito in un 4 stelle) con un minimo di tisane e/o TĂ© e manca la macchinetta per il caffĂš; i cuscini sono pessimi e i materassi appena accettabili. Le piscine termali sono molto belle e piacevoli ma con arredi da piscina antiquati, le postazioni per idromassaggi sono in numero limitatissimo.
