"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. "Hotel muy lindo dentro de la toscana, instalaciones muy limpias y bellas. Personal muy amable y la comida del restaurante excelente muchas gracias a todos."

"Un petit coin de paradis !"

"We booked this by chance on the last day of the season and it did not disappoint. The level of warmth and responsiveness made our stay very enjoyable. From recommending and booking our restaurant reservations, to a wonderful breakfast and spa experience, this turned out to be a stay we wouldn’t forget."

"The hotel is a little dated but still nice, or room was small but ok"

"Amazing stay very good very beautiful"

On our first night both restaurants were closed (something that we weren’t told when we checked in) and the nearest supermarket...

"Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover."

"Hôtel impeccable sauf oreillers trop plats et pas de pommeau de douche"
