Location was good. Food (lunch/dinner) was very expensive. Also very annoying Saturdays and Sundays so called poolday for anyone. Pool area was very crowded. Room and publicareas were dirty. Full with spiderwebs and so on. No English speaking persons. Only Italian language.

Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that.

La mia esperienza non è stata molto buona. Nonostante il bellissimo edificio antico, la gentilezza delle cameriere/tuttofare e la qualità della cucina, la struttura è generalmente poco curata e mantenuta. Il letto è morbidi e se ci si gira nella notte si sveglia chi ci dorme accanto. Le camere caldissime (ed io non sono calorosa) tanto che la prima notte sono riuscita a dormire qualche ora solo sul materasso della brandina messo a terra davanti alla finestra aperta. Il solo ventilatore presente nella bellissima grandissima stanza era a colonna e non produceva abbastanza aria. Ho chiesto un altro ventilatore per seconda notte. Ne è stato portato uno, si sono scusati anticipatamente perché un po' rumoroso ma era l'unico che avessero..ma almeno ho dormito nel letto. La colazione non degna dei deliziosi prodotti delle terre viterbesi. La doccia in camera era rotta e andava tenuta con la mano perché il gancio dell'asta non reggeva. La piscina era sporca e l'abbiamo pulita noi ospiti. Il robot l'ho tolto io dopo indicazione dell cuoca, unica persona presente in struttura di sabato alle 15.
Dopo il grande pranzo di ferragosto nessuna pulizia degli spazi comuni come la piscina (fermo restando che chi ha lasciato lì questo pacchetto di sigarette è un maleducato!)

The property is beautiful but the rooms are quite dark and as we were early in the season they were a little musty. The pool was open but hadn’t been cleaned and the pizzeria was not available. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It could be amazing but the feeling is it could do with some updating.

Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy, idealna cisza, zabytkowy budynek. Teren przy hotelu zaniedbany, wysoka trawa w ogrodzie i ogólnie chaotycznie. A mogło być pięknie. Pokoje duże i czyste. Kołdra bez poszewki, jest to mało chigieniczne rozwiązanie. W pokoju panuje cisza. Możliwość ustawienia dowolnej temperatury ogrzewania. Śniadania jadłem dwa razy. Bardzo słabe. Gotowane jajko tylko jeden raz. Naprawde stary, suchy chleb. Dobre soki i kawa. Niestety na stole nie znalazłem żadnych warzyw, np. pomidor, ogórek, sałata. Ogólnie może byc bardzo dobrze ale trzeba troszkę zmienić na lepsze. W skali 1-10 daje 8.

Appartamenti belli,curati e puliti,in un borgo esclusivo e tranquillo ad un passo dalle splendide Oasi terme…per non parlare del ristorante con i salumi speciali del loro allevamento e i vini di loro produzione,la gentilezza di Simona sempre disponibile e la simpatia del patron Luigi….insomma week end bellissimo STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!

Splendido soggiorno!!!

L'esperienza presso questa struttura è stata favolosa ! I proprietari e tutto lo staff sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Il posto è a dir poco incantevole, sembra di stare all'interno di un castello/antico borgo, e la piscina è favolosa, immersa nella natura. Essendoci anche un ristorante, è davvero comodo per poter anche mangiare nel cortile alberato a due passi dalla piscina !

My family loved our night stay at this amazing house dating back to the 12th centry. The apartment was very large and the views are amazing. We were there off season and were the only guests there that night. The surroundings are pleasant to explore. We would stay here again.

Атмосферное и аристократичное место с иисторией!

Отель, в котором можно почувствовать себя королями, башня постройки 12 века! А пристройка 17го. Внутри чисто, все из натуральных материалов и потому просто, но с достоинством. Сад в стиле: есть старые тенистые липы и каменные скамейки. Есть отличный бассейн с душевыми и баром рядом. Отель в отдалении от города, поэтому можно забыть о суете и погрузиться в спокойствие и атмосферу места!
