"There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. "Our hosts were amazing and the hotel was convenient to lots of wonderful restaurants and tons of shopping. If you are renting a car, it’s not very convenient to drive around the town or park. If you have a difficult time walking around or using stairs, you should know, the hotel has some pretty challenging stairs.
