"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. "We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. "Great campsite, beautiful location and not crowded. Lovely pool, good playground and beautiful beach and lakeside area. Port at 1 minute walk with ferries to Isola Maggiore, Passignano and Castiglione. Tuoro train station at 5 minutes walk, so Perugia and Arezzo at 30 minutes. Albeit few trains stop at Tuoro. Two supermarkets at 10 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant; hard to persuade the children to leave the campsite. Overall, excellent and would consider going again! "
