"Great location and breakfast, very difficult to find to check in but once in check in easy. Room could of been cleaner with dust and hair throughout the room"

"room was small. furnishings dated and while bathroom was technically clean, there was mildew and dark spots on grout in the shower, shower head could not be adjusted and plug stopper for tub fell apart as it turned. points that you can "live with' for an overnight stay, but for me not acceptable in a 4 star rating.// first concierge quite lovely and hospitable, 2nd concierge could not accommodate us when we called to see if we could extend stay by another day, said he would call back and never did. i had to call the reception back after 30 minutes to request an answer. 2nd concierge had "disappeared" and gone off shift , so we had to submit request again, losing valuable time to search for accommodations elsewhere (friday night)."

The property is right across from Musei Vatican and central to many restaurants, grocery stores, and a short distance to both Ottaviano and Cipro metro stations. Francheska was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there"
