"We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!"

"Comfortable stay. Room was being cleaned and tidied daily. Excellent location, walkable to Vatican museum and St. Peter Basilica. Metro station is only 3-5mins away and 5mins walk to the shopping mall from metro station and also there's a supermarket at the basement of the mall. Arjona, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. She'd had given us useful informations while during our stay in Rome/Vatican.. food, tourist spot.. etc. We had encountered some issues during our...

"Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "

"Place is good very nice. Well kept. Close to Metro subway and in front is a bustop. Very close to Vatican. The only thing happen during our stay is the code for the building that they gave us is not working on our arrival. They gave us another code then our last night we went out for Dinner then the code again didn’t work. Otherwise everything was great."
