They had an event on whilst i visited and the atmosphere was great, was able to chat to people and learn their stories. When i come to rome again will come back to ruby "

"We stayed at Hotel Isa to begin our Italian honeymoon trip and arrived on my husband da birthday. The staff were so welcoming, they allowed an early check in and upgraded us. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed and they checked a short while after check in to see if there was anything we needed. The rooftop garden is amazing. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The view is incredible. The proximity to major attractions is perfect. Everywhere is walkable. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. "

"This was our 3-night unforgettable stay in Rome. The hotel is located in a super convenient spot!!! It is only 10-minute walk from the St. Peter's Plaza. Also, 10-minute walk to the shuttle bus to the airport (www.sitbusshuttle.com - only €7 per person to Fiumicino) and 15-20 min. walk to BIGBUS stop #6. Excellent staff at the hotel. Special thanks go to Marta - the front desk lady, who gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with suggestions of what to see and in most efficient order shown on the city map. Also, the manager Alessandro was great to deal with. The room itself was ok. Although, next time I would ask for another one due to the street noise from passing cars (our room was in the very corner of the hotel building with two windows facing both directions). The bathroom was very spacious but it lacked hooks for towels or bath robes. Also, the toilet seat was much smaller than toilet bowl and also very loose, therefore we had to be very careful while using it. The breakfast was very simple - quite a few choices but chosen products, especially meat and bread, in our humble opinion, were lowest quality possible. Excellent coffee choices, though. Also, their fruits were great. All in all I would recommend this hotel but stay away from a corner room."

"Rooms were clean and modern, but the hotel is inside a normal apartment building and the rooms were set over different floors among normal apartments. Also, except for when we checked in- we never saw staff on the check in desk again so we weren’t sure how to contact them about issues as they also don’t respond on Expedia app. It is in a very good location for visiting the Vatican"
