"When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. "We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia. They couldn't call Expedia for us to get it straightened out. When I got back from vacation, I called Expedia and asked for a refund and they said they have to wait until they can contact the hotel and verify the story. It has been days and they still say they can't get a hold of the property. This is ridiculous. Expedia took my money for a room and then the room wasn't available so to me it's cut and dry - I am owed a refund. It's ridiculous this run-around they are putting me the through!"
