The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

Bachelorette getaway

We had part of my bachelorette week at this spa and loved all of the services. We had dinner at the hotel twice and everything was delicious. The staff was so friendly and even provided us with a bottle of complimentary champagne on our first night to celebrate! Everything was perfect and a great break from the busy streets in Rome!

My stay felt like heaven. I planned it smack in the middle of city hopping thru europe. The staff made sure all our needs and wants were met. The outdoor heated pool was to die for. The grotta was interesting and the massages!! Book it if you are thinking about it just book it.

Fabulous hotel with options for daily activities. Food delicious, fresh, plentiful and not too pricey. Service excellent fabulous staff so accommodating. Plenty of quiet areas to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Sharing a holiday with my cousin for her 60th, starting with a beautiful but hectic schedule in Rome and decided to enjoy this beautifully constructed/decorated hotel and its facilities. Didn’t need to venture to local Caves as enjoyed the hotel so much. Probably suit a relaxing break rather than a sight seeing option..imo…😬

Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️

An amazing stay !

We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. The spa was great, we enjoyed a few massages there and had a great time sunbathing at the thermal pool. I would suggest though that the hotel improves its signs in the spa because it’s a real labyrinth or show people around when they first get there. The « Grotta » was amazing - a one of the kind experience. You get to feel the real power and beauty of Nature. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fantastic all-round

Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds.
