"A very clean and well presented hotel, with easy parking. However, the room we booked was not available on the day of arrival and the replacement was disappointing. It was at the front of the hotel which suffered from road noise and was over 30’C at night, trying to sleep was almost impossible. It was not clear that breakfast was not included, overall very disappointing especially when compared to the following three hotels we stayed at."

"Check-in was all electronic and a little confusing after a long tiring drive but we had no major issues. We programmed our own key cards and managed to work the private underground parking. The apartment was clean, quiet and lovely, and in a fabulous location. The town is beautiful. It was dog friendly and we even had our own small grassy terrace for morning “wee-wees”. Would definitely stay again if we ever return."

"Amazing accommodation in Salzburg. We were a family of 4 staying in the penthouse apartment. Lots of space and we had our own washing machine and dryer. Great location between the station and the old town. Great restaurants nearby. It was hot when we were there so the air conditioning was much appreciated! And a view of the mountains from our window!
We also used the luggage room on our last day as we had an evening train - this was great too.
