"Our stay at covelo was exceptional, the room was clean and very comfortable. Our top floor room had a view of the city and the river! Our host Beatrix gave us many suggestions to take advantage of the surrounding hiking trails as well as the many restaurants. Breakfast was supplied by the café across from our and will give you a great start to your day 😀 we would definitely stay there again! Thank you very much 😊"

"The best place to stay in the Douro Valley! Régua is quaint, good dining and access to the train station. The owners were very welcoming upon arrival and the room was impeccable and charming. Beautiful views, gorgeous gardens, bird avierys and a lovely pool! Breakfast was wonderful and a great finish to our trip to Port country!"

"Fantastic stay for 2 nights in late September. Location is a challenging drive up a mountain, mixed signage. Great staff, lovely room and outstanding view on a clear sunny day. One challenge - breakfast is provided, dinner is not available....we did ask for a cheese platter one evening (the only option) but it was not made for us, not sure why - so we had to drive 15 mins into town in the dark. Overall a fantastic stay but be warned it is not a hotel, it is a quinta (farm) that does not...

"Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Terrasse und waren sehr zufrieden! Alles sauber, modern und der Ausblick top! Frühstück war ebenfalls super! Das Einzige war dass unsere Terrasse keinen Sessel oder Tisch hstte somit konnte man nicht draussen sitzen was sehr schade war! Sonst alles wunderbar"
