"There is a full kitchen available to all tenants. It is stocked with fresh eggs, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal, granola, bread for toast and much more to make mornings so pleasant! Rooms were beautiful and remodeled but still antique enough to have the old Irish feeling. Malcolm and Angela were such a joy to have as hosts. we could not have asked for a better stay, hosts, and beautiful property to walk in (gardens/open fields)"
"The Carton house is about 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Dublin. The grounds are lovely. The walk to Town is about 30 minutes and well worth it as there are other historical sites to visit in the town. The interior of the Carton house is modern but historical features remain throughout. Make sure you make dinner reservations well before you get there as the restaurants on property fill up quickly. The activities should also be booked well in advance. Many we wished to do...
