Chambre ne correspond absolument pas à un 3 étoiles Pas de quoi poser les trousses de toilette Toute la nuit on a le bruit des voitures et camions hôtel neuf mais aucune isolation phonique avec l’extérieur Pas de cafetière pas de réfrigérateur et nous avons eu froid par contre le petit déjeuner très correct

À éviter !

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et de nouveau une déception confirmée. Tout d’abord un trop gros écart entre le prix sur la plate-forme et le prix réel de la chambre. 96 € facturés sur Hotels.com, alors que la chambre était à 69 €. Ensuite, positionner dans la chambre numéro deux à savoir une chambre handicapés. Avec le stricte minimum et Aucun support pour déposer sa trousse de toilette. La chambre située juste à côté de la réception, donne sur la rue et malgré le fait que nous soyons dans une toute petite ville, il y avait beaucoup de passage et la chambre très mal insonoriséE. Dernier point, attention au repas étape qui vous est facturé 25,50 € que vous preniez entrer, plat ou dessert ou seulement un seul. Assez inadmissible.

Malgré une réservation anticipée, le choix des hôtes s'est porté sur une chambre double pmr, prétextant un hôtel plein... (Le râtelier des clefs à moitié plein). Cette chambre côté parking et entrée de l'hôtel est assez bruyante . Sinon accueil sympathique.

Hôtel a éviter !

Arrivée à l'hôtel, le responsable n'avait pas pris notre réservation en compte via Expedia pourtant il avait les infos nécessaires mais pas eu le temps... ! Sympa ! Du coup il aurait négocier avec d'autres client afin d'avoir une chambre famille... A minuit le responsable tente d'ouvrir la porte, pensant que c'était un client qui s'était trompé nous laissons passer... une deuxième fois cela recommence seulement on avait laissé la clé sur la porte. Mon mari se lève, les enfants sont réveillé ! Le responsable voulait le lit parapluie pour un autre clien ou mon bb y dormait ! On a du délogé mon bb pour le mettre dans le lit superposé. Aucune excuse... il voulait même rentrer pour aller chercher le lit parapluie de lui même ! Scandaleux de reveiller les clients a minuit juste pour ca ! Et surtout de pas se sentir en sécurité car a tout moment le responsable peut entrer dans votre chambre !!! Hôtel a fuir viiite !
