Lever ikke op til forventningerne
Hotellet lever ikke helt op til det de gerne vil. Værelserne er dog fine og dejlig store. Pool området er fint og velegnet til børnefamilier. Pool mændene er søde og hjælpsomme. Pool baren er i den lave ende på skalaen, elendig mad men fin service og okay udvalg af drikkevare. (Dog begrænset på vin kortet) Hotellets restaurant kan ikke anbefales! elendig mad og servicen var ikke at prale med. Spise nede i byen. Morgenmaden var heller ikke noget ved, så hvis man kan undvære så stop den og tag den et andet sted.

Great Hotel
Great service and Hotel. A car is needed though since it is a small village but with some good restaurants. Excellent pool area with a nice bar. Really recommends this Hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly, the front desk staff was okay, some were nice and some had a bad attitude. There is a party by the pool area almost every night, it didn’t bother us as much since we went to sleep late anyways but I could see it being a bit frustrating for people who need the quiet to sleep. They do have nicer rooms that further away from the main pool which can provide additional privacy and quietness. Parking was very easy and convenient. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the airport, 25-30min from Venice, 15 mins from Treviso downtown, and around an hour from Bibione. Plan your meals well, while they do have breakfast, it is only from 8am-10:00am, most days they have lunch and dinner (food options are okay, not too much variety). They did closed them early at times without notice and the main restaurant (and almost every restaurant near the hotel) closes on Sunday. Overall, it was a good stay.

I used the hotel for business and really enjoyed it very much. The hotel offers plenty of space in an old villa set in a beautiful park. Gym, SPA, two swimming pools: there is something for everyone! And what about the staff? Truly top-notch! From the consierge to the lifeguard, from the waiter to the porter, everyone is ready and willing to help you in a friendly and cordial manner, making you feel as if you were part of the place. The welcome was truly exceptional and next time I will definitely return with my family.

Room was not cleaned. Dirty towel on floor used tea cup, empty water bottle on counter . Trash can full. Air conditioner did not work at all. Very disappointing . It calls it's self a villa not at all , Next to a villa just a 5 story hotel. No bar staff available. Never again.

Terrible attitude and service
Stayed here with my wife and 8 month old daughter, after 4 hours trying to get the crib in my room I booked weeks in advance, one arrived unsafe, about to collapse, 2nd and last one the hotel has arrived, same again! Couldn’t risk sleeping my daughter in the crib due to it being ready to fold in and collapse on her even though I was told by the receptionist it was ‘fine’ Gave hotel opportunity to make up for the situation, they didn’t seem bothered. Won’t be staying again

Tres bel établissement avec une super piscine!!! Le buffet a dejeuner est tres bien mais un peu cher si non reserver avec la chambre. Le resto pres de la piscine tres bien particulièrement avec des enfants. Jeux gonflables et grand terrain ppur courir. A 40 minutes de Venise en voiture.

Mycket bra men inte perfekt!
Utmärkt plats att tillbringa några dagar på. I det stora hela var det toppen. Var där högsommar och det var väldigt varmt - temperaturen svajade något i rummet, myggen i närområdet var ettriga. Rekommenderar att ni väljer rum inåt gården och inte utåt vägen då det låter som en motorväg utanför och det är lyhört. Hjälpsam personal! Frukosten var bra men inte toppkvalitet! Mycket trevlig poolmiljö! Saknade en vattenkokare på rummet!

All Cage - no bird!
The biggest problems were the location, the absence of food at lunch and the fact that the AC is set at the front desk. We had to move rooms at night because the AC was not working. Then we could not set the AC in the new room because it was controlled by the front desk. NO LUNCH food options. Pool bar serves light snacks - which is great - EXCEPT - when it is raining or if there is an event at the pool. Then you are stuck in the middle of nowhere - in an industrial district - without food options. Staff is helpful to a point, but they cannot over-ride the management policies. Today's breakfast included what appeared to be left-over pastries from yesteday's wedding - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
