"Absolutely loved our stay at the Waldorf. Rooms are so spacious, modern, clean, and lux. Obsessed with the hotel grounds too and access to private beach club, lovely pool with a view. There were a few inconveniences but we loved our stay and the property/hotel staff. A couple issues came up: the valet lost our keys for an hour which freaked us out and the restaurant service was slow and they accidentally left some allergens in dishes that had to be sent back to get fixed. Also had fire alarms...

"Nothing tops the personal care and attention to detail at the Ritz!"

"Nice clean room on the first floor with great air conditioning for our hot spell. Friendly staff and great choices for breakfast. I will stay there again."

"The apartment was sufficient, but it was dated. After about 10 minutes of walking around barefoot, bottom of my feet were black. I called downstairs to have them come up and mop the floor and let them know that we’d be leaving soon so they can do it then. They did not, I let the front desk know and they said it would get cleaned later that day or the next day which is the day before we were leaving, but they never did. They do not offer coffee in the lobby in the mornings and the store doesn’t...

"Enjoyed my stay! Beautiful hotel, clean, & quiet during the evening. Balcony view for the 4th floor was amazing! Definitely will be booking here again :)"

"Everything was amazing!"

"Loved everything. Easy. Convenient. ALL the staff was so friendly. Beds and pillows were amazing."

"Proximity and ease of access to all the local attractions of Orange County. Parking is a bit different but not bad. Great for walking."
