"The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most staff speak some English which is good when you are tired after a long journey and seem to have forgotten any french you knew. The beds was lovely and comfortable and the French external blinds cut out noise and light for a peaceful sleep. The room and ensuite bathroom are clean. The breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from and includes cereal, yoghurt and fruit. There were some eggs, bacon and sausages and a toaster. Coffee very good...

"Very good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available. "

"Etablissement très cocoon récent, en plein centre ville, très pratique, mais vraiment au calme. Tout est neuf et très bien fait avec beaucoup de gout. Belle chambre (la 402) avec une grande douche très agréable et une baignoireet, manque juste une boite de mouchoire et un coffre fort. Le patron est très sympathique et se met en quatre pour la satisfaction de ses clients. Parking facile dans l'hôtel. Petite piscine, mais très Cocoon. C'est le seul établissement qui en dispose à Saint Quentin....

"Wir haben das Appartement als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Es war alles wunderbar: man konnte mit Code jederzeit einchecken, die Parkplätze befanden sich im Hinterhof und unser 5 Personen Appartement lag direkt im Erdgeschoss. Hier und da wurde beim Handwerken improvisiert, aber das fiel nicht weiter ins Gewicht. Die Wellness-Einheit haben wir weder ausprobiert, noch besichtigt. Einen Kaffeetab und Kaffeepulver gab es auch. Prima Preis-Leistung. Wir würden wiederkommen. "
