"It was as usual nice to stay in the hotel as a stop in between. The price was a high side but I guess it is due to the season."

"We decided to choose for IBIS Como as it is near to the highway, near to the city of Como and has comfortable rooms. Very nice lady at the check in desk, very nice spatial room with good bathroom, thought the doors of the shower leaked quit a bit. Nearby a goof restaurant but within 20 minutes you are in de center of Como, right at the lake. Especially nice is that you can park for free in front of the hotel. "The room was fine with a lovely shower. The hotel is not far from the motorway and easy to access. We liked the secure underground parking and the breakfast. The small shop in the lobby sells drinks and snacks and microwave meals. Pinocchio bar down the road was good for beers and there are several restaurants within walking distance."

"We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden."

"Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely. If I ever go back to Como (which is likely!) than...
